1. Summary
Hadithne Schools subscriptions are non-refundable. That is why every school starts with a full free trial to try the Service before paying anything. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record.
2. Free Trial
Every school gets a free 35-day trial with no payment method required. There is nothing to refund for the trial, and you may stop using the Service at any time with no obligation.
3. No Refunds or Returns
All payments are final. We do not offer full or partial refunds or credits, including for:
- New or renewed annual subscriptions
- Unused partial periods after cancellation
- Unused student or teacher seats
- Not using the Service during the subscription period
The Service is digital and is delivered as soon as the subscription is activated, so there is nothing to "return".
4. Cancellation
A school administrator can cancel renewal at any time from the subscription page. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Access to the paid plan continues until the end of the current paid period, and cancellation does not trigger a refund.
5. Billing Errors
If you were charged twice or an incorrect amount because of a technical error, contact us within 30 days and we will work with Paddle to correct it. Correcting an error is not a refund of a valid subscription.
6. Statutory Rights
The Service is sold to schools as business customers. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right that cannot be excluded under applicable law; where the law requires a refund, Paddle handles it under the Paddle Buyer Terms.
